Lab Access & Timetable
Official schedule for the Robotics Laboratory at the University of Bucharest, including courses, open lab sessions, research slots, and maintenance windows.
Current Status
Lab is currently open until 21:00
Reserved / No Access
Scheduled activities are in progress. Access is limited to students who are taking part in those activities.
Restricted Access
Activities are in progress, but access may still be possible depending on available space and conditions in the lab.
Open Access
The lab is available to all students on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to available space.
Access Requirements
Who Can Access the Lab
The lab is open to all University of Bucharest students, especially students from FMI, as long as they follow the lab rules and safety instructions. Students from other universities are also welcome to join, collaborate, or ask for help, subject to available space and resources.
Safety Instructions
New members must complete and sign the basic lab safety training before using electronics, power tools, or 3D printers.
Lab Usage Rules
New members must read and follow the lab rules before using the space. Failure to follow them can lead to suspension of lab access.
Key Pickup
If the lab is closed, students can collect the key from the front desk by presenting a valid personal ID.
Extended Access & Events
Extended Access
Access outside the scheduled hours, including late evenings or night work, can be approved on request when there is a clear academic or project-related need.
Events & Workshops
Students who want to organize a workshop, community event, or other lab activity should contact us in advance so we can review and approve the request.
